What do we spend money on? For the parks, we buy lumber, nails and decking screws for building bridges and stone for armoring really wet areas on some trails. For our workdays, we buy trail maintenance tools, safety equipment and first-aid kits. We are working on signs for the trails (trail names, difficulty levels) and information kiosks for the parks. We print Trail Etiquette Fliers to educate users about multi-use trails and have twice hosted the International Mountain Biking Association Trail Care Crew to teach people how to design and build sustainable trails. All of these things cost money and this is where you can help.
